Can I book a reading in advance?

1 – You have to be present at the fair to book a reading. Readings are not booked in advance. Saturday readings are booked on Saturday when the fair opens. Sunday readings are booked on Sunday when the fair opens.

 

How do I book a reading?

2 – Readings are booked centrally at the front desk. You pay for the readings at the front desk when you book your reader and reading time. You are given a ticket for a specific reader for the specific time you are booked.

 

Come early, book your readings, plan your day. Many of the most popular readers book their day early so they are not available if you come later in the day. You can come and go, as you want, although there is so much to do you may want to stay all day. You will be given a ticket for a specific reader for a specific time.

 

How do I know which reader or healer to see?

3 – When you pay for entry you will be given a program. The readers and healers are listed in the program. In the program each one has a number assigned to them and a brief description of their specialty.  Their table or healing area will also have the same number displayed so you can identify which reader or healer it is.

 

With your program in hand walk around and look at the different practitioners and see if you feel a connection with a specific practitioner.  If you are open to your intuition you can also run your fingers over the names on the program, or use your pendulum to select a reader or healer from the program.

 

Can the front desk people help me choose a reader or healer?

4 – The staff manning the front desk can tell you who is available at the time you would like your readings. They can advise you about the type of modalities the practitioners use but they do not make recommendations for specific practitioners.

 

Can children get a reading?

5 - Children (along with their parents) usually find palmistry and astrology helpful, since these give long-range probabilities and can highlight talents and gifts. Children also really love the aura camera photos!

 

How long is a reading?

6 – All sessions are 15 minutes. If you want you may book 2 consecutive sessions with a reader (two 15 minutes sessions). You can schedule a maximum of two back to back sessions with any one reader.

 

How do I get the most from my reading session?

7 - Have your questions prepared before you come, especially if you have major changes happening in your life now. Also prioritize them to make sure what you want covered gets covered.

Give yourself permission to have several sessions. This is a great opportunity to try some new consultants and expand your experience. Notice which common answers you receive.

 

How long is a healing session?

8 – All sessions are 15 minutes. . If you want healing sessions you may want to book 2 consecutive sessions with the healer. (30 minutes instead of 15 minutes) You may book any reader or healer for up to 2 sessions per person.

 

Which vendors attend the ROTA Fair?

9 – While there are several vendors present at every fair, the vendors who are present at a specific ROTA Fair are based on their availability.  The program you receive when you pay for entry has a listing of the vendors and a diagram.  The vendors are assigned a letter of the alphabet and each booth has a sign holder with the same letter of the alphabet to help you locate the vendor.

 

Take time to walk around and visit the vendors. Many of the vendors offer reduced or wholesale prices at the fair. The ROTA Fair is a great place to buy presents for yourself and your loved ones! Always think presents, special holidays and of course that unique item you just have to have.

 

How do I know which lectures to attend?

10 – All lectures are available for you when you pay for admission to the ROTA Fair. The program you receive will have the day and time of each lecture, the title of each lecture, the name of the lecturer and a brief description of each lecture.

 

Remember to schedule your reading and healing sessions around the lectures so you can maximize your information and learning.

 

Is there food at the ROTA Fair, or do I have to bring my own food?

11 – The Food Vendor is located across from the entrance to the Monterey Room in the grassy area outside the bathrooms and the Art Room. We place several picnic tables on the grassy area that allows you to eat your food whether you purchase it at the ROTA Fair, or you bring your own.

 

Where is it?

12 - The ROTA Fair is held in the Monterey Room, Monterey Fairgrounds (also called the Monterey Country Fair and Event Center) 2004 Fairgrounds Road, Monterey, CA. The Monterey Fairgrounds gates 3 and 4 provide the most direct access.

 

Be adventurous and open when you come to the ROTA Psychic Fair.
