You are invited to participate in the Spring Crystal & Psychic Fair to be held May  5 & 6, 2012 at the beautiful Monterey County Fairgrounds! Times will be Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm. In addition to readers there will be lectures, demonstrations and a variety of goods for sale. Admission to the public is $9.00 each day.  All lectures, workshops and special events are included in the entry fee.  

This is your opportunity to promote your business!  
For Readers, Healers and Private Sessions:
The number of readers and body therapists is limited to 40 and the fair books out quickly! I have room for 5 massage tables only; so let me know if you plan to use one.  Also due to allergies and sensitivities, no treatments using aromatics will be allowed. Sorry. The cost for the booth is only $40.00 for both days (only $20 a day) and sessions are scheduled in 15-minute increments (not 20) for the price of $20.00. You will receive $12.00 and ROTA will receive $8.00. Rota staff must handle all paid-sessions–no payments for services are allowed in the Reader/Healer areas. Incidental product sales (recordings, oils, water, etc.) are allowed and cannot exceed $5 per client.  If you have other products you want to sell contact Julie King, 831-601-9005. If you can only participate for one day the fee is still $40.00 and you must let me know which day you are attending so I can print an accurate schedule. Use the ROTA festival as a marketing opportunity to create future clients for full private sessions, classes and workshops.  

For Retail and Information booths:
Vendor booths (sales only, no paid reading services): are from $225.00 to $450.00 for both days. Please note the sizes on the exhibitor form. We have a 6 x 8 ft booth, an 8 x 10 ft booth, and finally 6 x 16 ft booths.  There are 8 and 6-foot tables available for rent for $15.00 for the weekend. All of the booths are indoors in the Monterey Room. Skirting is provided between the booths except corner booths and reader/healer tables. Retail booth space is limited and the goal is to have an interesting variety of booths. Please note that space is rented on a first come basis, so send your application as soon as possible. If you are unsure if your product or service qualifies for a booth, don’t hesitate to give me a call. The goal is for everyone to profit and have a good time. Booth sharing is permitted if the booth stays the same the entire event and it looks like one entity. So one person can’t set–up for Saturday and then someone else for Sunday, but 2 friends can do one booth together for the whole weekend. You must list what you are selling so there are no conflicts with other vendors. If you have any questions please call me, and if you know someone who would like to volunteer at the fair please give them my number!!! Look forward to seeing you!

Speakers and Workshops:
Please let me know if you would like to speak or give a demonstration/lecture as soon as possible! We have expanded the speaker program to be able to handle more speakers and yet the speaker program will fill up rapidly. I must keep the program varied and interesting to the public, so please give me several titles if possible. Also, give me a good description, small bio and photo if you have one for press releases. If you do not provide a paragraph describing your talk you will not be put on the speaker schedule. Remember a title of a talk is not enough…I need a description of your talk. Email, fax or send it to me if you can so I can get going on the program.

They have two package deals for ROTA attendees who want to advertise on their show. 1- One-30 second ad, run each show during the month (4 ads per month), $25 a month. 2-One 30 second, run 2 times, once per hour, each show (8 ads per month), $45 a month.
